Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Our vacation home in Vogelgesang in modern, linear architecture with a living space of 67 m² is located not far from the German Wine Route. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen, radio and Wi-Fi. From the living area you have a magnificent view of the garden and can make yourself comfortable in the middle of fruit trees and roses in the deck chair or use the terrace. Centrally located in the Palatinate between the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine, in the middle of the Palatinate asparagus landscape, our small apartment is looking forward to 2-4 guests. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for your Palatinate vacation: extended bike tours on the Rhine, varied hikes in the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine Valley or a nice city stroll through Speyer with its cathedral.
