I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and views are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice host. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

This place is just perfect! There were 2 of us for a 3-day stay and we didn't want to go home because we felt so at home. It's spacious enough for 2 people, clean and well maintained, there is everything you need in the accommodation, I might have just missed a microwave but not disturbing. The decor and surroundings seduced us and Muriel was very accommodating and pleasant. I recommend it! 😊

We had a great time at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity to restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very pleasant host, eager to make your stay successful. We will be back!

Very pleasant stay in Aix les Bains in Marie Claire's apartment. Marie Claire is a very available, responsive and friendly host. The accommodation is in a great location, close to Lake Bourget and the city center. The apartment is clean and nice. We had a lovely stay!

Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and all the attention to make our short stay go smoothly. It was a small stop for a single night on the occasion of a wedding but given the location it would be perfect for a longer stay.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a great time with the family at Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very nice and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and arranged to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well-decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We spent 10 days at Christophe's place. Very discreet, he responds very quickly to any questions. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The exterior is just incredible, with its different parts (meals, plancha, large garden furniture, deckchairs, swimming pool), all surrounded by trees and flowers. The dog Salto is adorable and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, it is easy to park in front of the house; due to the heat wave, we only moved by car. The city center is 8 minutes away, the lake 10 minutes away. There is also a shopping center within 10 minutes. In short, I recommend this rental.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
