Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Belle Chasse

The place was very spacious for a group of five. It was clean and everything was within walking distance. The Ac worked great because the trip was definitely hot and humid. Would stay there again.

SUPER cute BNB, and with a very welcoming host! The place is so cute, and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location to take the ferry to the French quarter, but feel more like a local in your down time. Can't recommend it enough!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

David checked in everyday to make sure everything was great..his cute place is “squeaky clean”, I’m kinda compulsive so I notice that stuff! I especially appreciated the washer/dryer in unit since I had another stop before heading home. Kitchen well stocked, linens fluffy, bed comfy. Would stay here again! Be sure to check out the taco joint up the street..sooo good!

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Not only was this Airbnb one of the most gorgeous and thoughtfully curated that I’ve ever stayed in, but Miranda truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Upon arrival, she met us at the property to greet us and had candles lit, lamps on and music was softly playing in the kitchen where chocolates awaited alongside a list of “local favorites.” The space was clean and so well decorated, it felt more like a retreat. Miranda also was sure to check in to make she we had everything we needed! Every detail felt intentional and beautiful. The location was also perfect and we were able to walk to some delicious restaurants and shops. I could sing my praises forever!

The duplex was very nice. It was decorated with local art and furnishings that really went well with the New Orleans vibe. The kitchen was really well stocked with all cooking and eating tools you would ever need and there were even some beverages, spices, and milk (oat milk and regular!!). We really appreciated that toiletries were all included as well as plenty of towels, toilet paper, soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The bed and furniture were comfy. Olandra was very good with communication, recommendations, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

Second stay in just over a year for my wife and I at Margaux & Zach's place in the Irish Channel and already looking forward to booking this spot again on our next trip to New Orleans. It's all true what the 5-star reviews say - great neighborhood, great shops and restaurants nearby, peaceful, so very walkable - an absolute gem.

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. The location was great. Just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and a lot less hectic. Right on the street car line which was handy. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to relax and feel at home at the end of a long day.

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

We could not have picked a better rental for our Nola trip! Alice & Scott's place was close enough to all the hot spots yet felt safe and private from the busy night life. The street Car was the only noise we encountered and it wasn't anything to complain about! It was a huge plus being so accessible. Host communicated everything in advance and unit entry was a breeze! Many other units we looked into had complaints about their AC not keeping up to the summer heat. This units AC was kept on 72 and it was perfect. We loved having the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Extra ⭐️ for the super comfy bedding. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

Stayed at this property for a 4 person bachelorette party. Plenty of space, clean and bright. Comfortable beds. The pool was great for a relaxing day. Walkable restaurants and bars within 10-15 mins. The French Quarter is a 10-15 minute bus or Uber ride in. Highly recommend this location if you want access to the Quarter without the noise.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.
