Vacation rentals with a patio in Bella Vista

We chose the apartment because of its location, which is in fact excellent, with many good cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around, most of the time we did our activities on foot and in total safety. The apartment is on a beautiful street, in a quiet and safe area. The apartment is very clean and equipped. It even had a good hair dryer, iron, plug adapters and a first aid kit. Clean bathroom, with several towels and toiletries. The hosts were attentive and very receptive, with good communication, gave us several tips on tours, itineraries, where to buy wines, and made our stay more enjoyable! We will definitely return !

I had a great experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very friendly, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for both resting and working. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed for a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back. A perfect stay!

Our stay at Dani’s was amazing and completely worth the value. Although the apartment was not spotless, it has so much charm and character from personalized furniture and decor. The location is amazing, very short walk to La Boca and San Telmo. And the view from the balcony is beautiful, both during sunrise and the city lights at night.

We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Romina’s house is absolutely STUNNING! Super clean and the location is great for a little getaway. Romi is an awesome host, who responded super quick to all our enquiries and was always willing to help. She was extremely welcoming and me and my friends instantly felt at home. From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is a modern building and the apartment is impeccable. The only drawback was the hot water that lasted less than 5 minutes the first day, but I contacted Nataly, she answered immediately and then we had no problem. Nataly was always attentive to messages. We would definitely go back!

Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Excellent service and Axel is willing to do anything. The apartment, which is more like a small house in a PH, is super spacious, clean and tidy. You enjoy privacy and tranquility. The area has many gastronomic proposals, easy access and proximity to the train station or Av. Rivadavia makes it ideal as a starting point to explore the city. I am fascinated and I will definitely choose it again.
