Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bella Vista

This was the perfect house for our family to gather for our parents 40th wedding anniversary. Very accessible for our elderly grandmother as well as beautiful views and lots of space! We were able to have lovely meals at home and get some sun on the deck & dock. Very relaxing and the perfect spot for families.

Even with the rain over the weekend, it was a very peaceful, relaxing stay and we would come again!

First off, the place is amazing! It’s in a great location, super peaceful and secluded, but easy to find. There’s tons of beautiful greenery, and we even saw a couple of friendly deer that stayed for a while, keeping a safe distance. The house is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and has everything we needed. But the best part was how Rashelle made us feel at home. We’ve stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs in different countries, and she’s definitely the best host we’ve ever dealt with. She was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. She made our stay truly special. Thanks a million, Rashelle!

We love staying here! So much so that this was our second time and we hope to return again soon! The home is peaceful, beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, with great amenities. The hosts are quick to respond and add thoughtful touches to help you feel welcome and to make your stay extra special.

This house was AMAZING. The nicest Air B and B we’ve used. Everything you need! Cozy bedding. The back porch was fantastic. The bike area had everything we needed when a bike needed a fix. Would absolutely stay here again and again!!! Easy walk to the lake, but Off is needed for ticks! Thank you so much for the amazing home!

My brothers and I enjoyed our annual gathering at Cristina's place. It was our first trip to Bella Vista, and the house was an easy spot for being close to the golf and trails. The house fit the bill for us. Thanks!

First, this is my first Airbnb experience. I have not experienced any other places so I have a hard time giving anything a 5.0 rating. But, this place put the bar very high. I would definitely stay here again. We had a great trip. The area was quiet, we could barely even see another neighbor, the deck was super nice with a super nice grill, and the garage was spotless. So much so that we sat in there with the door open to cool off after riding the back 40. We even had deer in the yard pretty much every day. Other than driving about 10 minutes to Bentonville for most of our rides we loved the location. Friends of ours stayed right near town for more money and not as nice of a house. Randy was quick to answer questions. He checked in mid week just to see how things were going. We will be back. Bentonville and surrounding area, and this house, were a great vacation.

Tom and Natali were great hosts and their property was perfect. They were friendly and helpful with places to go and Tom’s mountain bike experience and knowledge helped us find a great day trip to bike and see Bentonville. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Sean’s place! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and easy to find. The pictures accurately depict the home & the washer/dryer was a must since we were in town for a baseball tournament. Sean was a great host, we would stay here again!

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

Dawn is very responsive and super friendly. The place was great and very convenient to the Walmart AMP where we went to a concert. Very close to lots of restaurant and shopping. It was clean and very peaceful.

I booked this place because it reminded me of my own home and let me tell you, it was like I never left the house! This place is BEAUTIFUL. The deck is the perfect place to have a morning cup of Joe and listen to the birds sing. We even made friends with this huge orange cat while we sat outside. The neighbors are very friendly as well !
