Ruby Meadows Ranch Sheep Wagon

For the adventure traveler, try a night or two in a sheep wagon. Home on wheels to early sheep herders in the mountains of Montana, this hand built wagon sits on our 30 acre homestead. Finished under canvas with tongue and groove pine, this very small space offers a unique lodging experience. Inside is a nice queen size bed, 2 bench seats, and a pull out dining table. Enjoy mountain views from the outside bench, rocker & fire pit. Bathroom facilities in our nearby shop.

This is a beautiful cabin with modern touches, clean lines, and spectacular mountain views via massive windows. The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 1 (Our 2 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the north... Alturas 2. Come enjoy peaceful country living on our 14-acre mini ranch. The upstairs guest house includes a master suite with a private bathroom, beautiful views of Carmen Valley, large windows for natural light, and vaulted ceilings. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed.
