Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

90 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house, located 13 km from Lyon, with 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Senseo) and dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the living/dining room. The apartment also has a large private and secure courtyard that can accommodate up to 2 cars, with a garden table and chairs.
