Welcome to La Biche: a historic house completely restored in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Exteriors: south side, small enclosed courtyard with terrace and garden furniture and north side, a courtyard with a table for meals and a garden to enjoy the warm days of summer. Nearby: the meadow with its trampoline, bowling green and table tennis and below is access to the Vienne to relax, read and even swim.

Beautiful, cosy warm ancient farmhouse nestled away in the French countryside. Peaceful surroundings in a picturesque setting allows family and friends to relax fully and enjoy nature away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Lots of outdoor space and a private pond to spend evenings at. Close to Futuroscope, Poitiers centre ville, Chauvigny, Vélo Rail, Valley des singes and many other attractions.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
