It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The trail is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring the Otago valley.

Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. Comfy Retreat with Views

This little house is nested away from the main road and surrounded mostly by paddocks with sheep. The house is best suited for a single traveler, a couple, or a couple with 2 kids (sleeping on a trundle bed). A good-sized kitchen and a recently renovated bathroom make this little house a nice Kiwi bach (holiday home). It is well suited as a writer retreat, a holiday spot to explore Lawrence and Central Otago (with or without a bike).

Within walking distance to the Roxburgh town centre and close proximity to the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. Built in 1881, this beautiful and recently restored three bedroomed cottage is nestled quietly in an exquisite cottage garden which attracts many birds, including the Wood Pigeon, NZ’s Bird of the Year in 2018. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes of Lawrence. Lawrence is on the Clutha Gold Trail which offers bike riding and walking. We are NOT pet friendly.

Got no problem with people using electric cars but being sneaky and plugging in after dark will earn you a bad review and comments. Just be honest and talk with us.

We are 3 kms off State Highway 1 and 23 kms from Gore and Tapanui. Ideal base for visits to Central Otago, Catlins and Southland areas.
