Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Beau Champ

We enjoyed here a full month in May 2025. Strong points: - First of all, the apartment was CLEAN. I confess my wife is a cleanliness freak, she had very minor objections regarding the cleanliness. This is really rare for her! - The owners were very receptive to all our requests. - The apartment is very big. It can easily accommodate 2 families with kids (middle bedroom is equipped for children), if they can manage the usage of the only bathroom. However, the shower and the toilet are each isolated in it's own space, meaning that shower, toilet and sink can be used by 3 persons in the same time. - A beautiful beach is 200 mtrs away. - Bus stop at 100 mtrs. - A restaurant just across the street, fair cooking and prices. Weak points: - Hot water is produced by solar panels. Next morning after a cloudy day the water may be not hot enough. - The location is in an quite isolated neighbourhood, so if you are a fan of nightlife (not our case, however) you must rent a car or use a taxi.

Nathalie è stata super, ci ha aiutato in ogni modo possibile. Avere una bella casa pulita e in ordine è importante, ma la vera differenza la fanno le persone! Anche la governante Sharmela ha tenuto in perfetto ordine la casa e ci ha preparato un pranzo mauriziano buonissimo. La casa è perfetta per i bambini che hanno modo di giocare senza pericoli. Vi consigliamo un soggiorno di almeno 7 giorni per non soffrire troppo quando lasciate la casa. Grazie a tutto lo staff

Un séjour inoubliable ! La vue sur la mer est tout simplement magique. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et très bien situé. La piscine privée est un vrai plus. Un immense merci à Anne et Dominique pour leur merveilleux accueil. Ce sont des hôtes doté d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. On se sent immédiatement comme chez soi. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés, et c’est sûr, nous reviendrons !!

Buongiorno. abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Christofer una settimana. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene, pulito e con una signora che ogni tanto viene a pulirlo. E' situati al centro del paese nella via dello shopping e vicino a ATM e supermarket. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort tranne la lavastoviglie. La terrazza all'ora del tramonto è spettacolare. Christofer con noi è sempre stato presente e gentilissimo in tutto: ci ha trovato un taxi che ci portava in giro, organizzato bellissime gite in barca ed al check out ci ha lasciato per un pò piu tempo la casa, in poche parole una persona squisita. Emplacement parfait, appartement magnifique avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur : un petit balcon pour profiter du soleil le matin lors du petit déjeuner, un coin salon avec deux balançoires pour se relaxer en rentrant des visites, une cuisine toute équipée et une salle de bain moderne. Sans parler de l’extérieur avec sa grande piscine, sa salle de musculation bien fournie, le coin détente, le coin barbecue... tout est magnifique. Des hôtes formidables qui vous conseillent au mieux sur les choses à visiter, très gentils, respectueux, à l’écoute et attentifs. J’ai pu partager une soirée grillade et rhum à leurs côtés et ce fut parfait. Je recommande à 1000 % et je reviendrai, c’est sûr ! À bientôt.

Wir waren sehr glücklich über die Buchung! Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch um die Wohnung herum war es angenehm ruhig und zu Fuß konnten wir ohne Probleme den Strand oder Supermarkt erreichen. Damien hat uns bei Fragen schnell geholfen und bereits vor der Reise Informationen und Tipps zukommen lassen. Es war alles prima! :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed – the thoughtful little gift and delicious snacks were such a kind and personal touch. The space itself was not only clean and beautifully arranged, but also full of warmth and charm, making it so easy to feel right at home. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available if I had any questions. That genuine care and attention made all the difference. I’m truly grateful for the experience and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Ramprakash est un hôte extraordinaire. Il était très flexible pour mon heure d’arrivée alors que je l’ai fait attendre longtemps à cause de la location de la voiture. Le logement était parfait. J’ai tout simplement adoré !

We had such a lovely stay! The house is very cosy and warm – it instantly felt like home. Everything essential was provided, making our stay super comfortable and stress-free. And the best surprise? We made a new furry friend, Lilou the dog! She’s absolutely amazing – so sweet and full of personality. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We’d love to come back!

La casa è molto bella, arredata e decorata con attenzione nei minimi dettagli, cucina super attrezzata e spazi ben studiati. Non manca nulla (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno...) anche per soggiorni lunghi. Gli spazi esterni sono ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata passata ad esplorare l'isola. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Check in super flessibile e accoglienza super! Un unico appunto personale materassi un po' troppo morbidi per noi, inoltre ogni tanto la notte si sentono cani abbaiare, nulla che ci abbia comunque impedito di riposare.

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

Logement très pratique puisque à proximité de l’aéroport. Très bien accueilli. Le logement était propre. Nous recommandons !

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

je suis arrivée à 23h au lieu de 8h du matin parce que ma compagnie aérienne avait plusieurs vols retardés et Jacqueline a été très accueillante allant jusqu'à me faire une soupe pour m'aider à me remettre de mes émotions. du coup la grippe que j'avais attrapé 10 jours plus tôt est revenue et Jacqueline m'a appelé un médecin. c'est une femme très sympathique à l'écoute et aux petits soin pour ses client. l'appartement est tel que présenté sur le photos et très propre. et ce qui est génial c'est qu'il y a 200 mètres de la mer, tout ça pour un tarif très abordable. Je recommande vraiment l'appartement de Jacqueline et moi-même j'y retournerai dès l'année prochaine

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 10 jours à Maurice dans le logement de Diana et Ghislain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les lieux : la décoration est très raffinée dans les moindres détails (les chapeaux accrochés aux murs dans la salle de bain, les tableaux colorés, et les petites fleurs posées délicatement dans la sdb à notre arrivée 😍), les pièces sont spacieuses pour y vivre à 2 , confortables (literie au top, et Clim dans la chambre). Les terrasses du haut sont un espace à vivre pour les repas et la lecture avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Tout est feng shui, zen ! Petit plus pour le jacuzzi. A tout cela, s’y ajoute l’accueil de Diana et Ghislain convivial, chaleureux, à l’écoute. Beaucoup de souplesse dans les heures d’arrivée et de départ ( fort appréciable). Et toujours cette douceur, cette quiétude ( Big Up à Diana 😊). Merci pour cette belle parenthèse ! Nous reviendrons assurément.

My family and I had a fantastic two-night stay at Zaheer’s place, and it was worth every penny! Zaheer is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect—steps away from an almost private beach, with tons of restaurants nearby and exciting spots like Rochester Falls to explore. The outdoor jacuzzi was a delightful bonus, perfect for unwinding after busy days filled with activities. The house itself is comfortable, ideal for relaxing after hours spent outdoors. With so much to do in the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

we had a great stay in this very nice apartment. feels like home. we have done a lot of cooking , the kitchen has all what you need. everything was good, the bed, the seating area, the terrace with nice view on nature. the area is very quiet and Ashwin mother is very friendly et very helpful. we will surely come back to this place if, hopefully on day, we ever come back to Grand Baie.

3 nuits au Charming Condo parfaites pour découvrir Tamarin, Le Morne, Rivière Noire et les gorges de Black River! L’emplacement est parfait pour des voyageurs se déplaçant en bus. C’était notre cas et Sébastien nous a fourni toutes les indications pour nous rendre au logement depuis l’Est de Maurice. Facile et hyper accessible! Agréable surprise à notre arrivée avec les petits plus et attentions de nos hôtes : panier d’accueil et serviettes de plage fournis parfait pour l’apéro sur la plage à proximité! La trousse de secours (oui, on y pense pas assez!) parfait pour les petits bobos suite à la visite du parc National ! Et l’emplacement idéal à deux pas des restaurants ! Nous avons apprécié le Jiva pour le petit déjeuner et le happy Rahja ou le Osaka Sushi pour les dîners! Bonus pour la disponibilité de Sébastien, sa réactivité et le logement impeccable. Je recommande sans hésiter, entre amis ou en famille, le charming Condo sera idéal pour votre séjour au sud ouest de Maurice.

My family had a wonderful stay at Daren’s apartment! It is very close to the beach, it’s clean and most importantly, Daren is a fantastic host. He was responsive, flexible and very helpful with all requests. Definitely recommend staying here! :)

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

We had an amazing stay – this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment has everything you need, with a stylish mix of modern and retro-kitsch design, and plenty of space to relax. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The location couldn’t be better – right on the Flic en Flac beach, within walking distance to almost everything. A special thanks to Bil, who provided first-class service. His communication was proactive, he was incredibly flexible, and his hospitality stood out. He even brought us an amazing biryani that showed how much he cares about his guests. He also arranged a baby cot, which was super comfortable for our little one. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Meget meget fin bolig i rolige og smukke omgivelser. Vi nød virkelig vores ophold her og kommer helt sikkert igen, hvis vi skal til Mauritius.

Der Aufenthalt war superschön in der sehr komfortablen Wohnung 😉 es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt wenn man was benötigt war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😍

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand. Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Total ruhige Lage. Man hört nur das Meer und Vogelgezwitscher. Man kann traumhafte Spaziergänge am Strand machen. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz. Küche und Badezimmer waren ohne Makel. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Roumila hat jederzeit und umgehend auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft wenn man Ruhe und Frieden sucht. In der Umgebung ist nicht so viel wie an anderen Orten der Insel, aber es war genau das was wir gesucht haben.
