Beautiful Lake House with pool and hot tub!

Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

A group of 12 of us stayed at Micks place and we loved our stay! Beautiful views and it was a well maintained property, the beds were very comfortable and it felt homey. If you’re looking for a quiet location without missing amenities you should stay here! Thanks Mick!

Elayne was responsive, helped solve any issues that came up and had a clean place that felt like home. It was in a great location with lots to do. This is our second time staying here and when we return to the area will likely stay there again.

This home is even better in person. Extremely organized with all the things you need - bring you & food and ENJOY! Host were all you can possibly ask for. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room. Lots of extras to add to your fun. Puzzles, games, big TVs - it’s great. Do not hesitate to book.

We had a great time! It is built for large groups, which was so fun for our large family! Very clean. A lot of beach towels available. Host was super easy to contact and we had no issues whatsoever.

We had a fabulous stay at Shelli's house. We were a big group with lots of children and everyone was able to sleep in their own bed. The house was spacious, well equipped, very clean and close to all the ameneties that we needed. We would certainly recommend this house for large groups and we hope to be back!
