Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bear Lake

Beautiful home with a wonderful open kitchen / living room layout and spacious outdoor entertaining area - perfect for hanging out, relaxing, and cooking up delicious meals with amazing views of Bear Lake! This was our second time staying here, and we've had a fantastic experience each time and highlky recommend the location and host!

The place was very nice, the beds were comfy, and it was a cozy stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There is plenty of space and the toy room is darling! The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great weekend here!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need — and even things you wouldn’t think of. My favorite part was the location — everything we needed was just a short walk away. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated having a washer and dryer to keep up with our wet and dirty clothes throughout the trip. The place stayed toasty warm, which made the provided fans a nice touch for keeping things just right. My kids had the best time playing pickleball, working on puzzles and card games, and hanging out in the cozy mini theatre lounge area. The basket full of towels was a lifesaver — we definitely made good use of those! We’d happily book this rental again for a future stay. Highly recommend checking out Moose Buns, Summit Pizza, Crepes and Coffee, Zipz, and Cafe Savor — all less than a 10-minute walk.

It was such a nice stay very close to the rendezvous beach and close the many restaurants & very private area which was nice. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Angela’s stunning lake house! It was our first time getting an airbnb and it was a wonderfully perfect experience! The property is so gorgeous! Angela had everything imaginable covered and we were all just blown away! Being there was so peaceful that we didn’t want to leave. Just an incredible experience from beginning to end! We have stayed at this home for years. We love the quiet, serene surroundings and that it is just minutes from North Beach! We always get a shake at the Bear Cave and like sitting out on the porch and just enjoying the calm nights.

This place was perfect! Clean and safe with everything you need and more. It was ideal since I was traveling with kids ages 17 months- 18 years old. There were games, toys, treats, and plenty of beds/bedding for all. The host’s baked goods were OUT OF THIS WORLD. We had chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend and would stay here again

This is a good location. The place has some rustic charm to it. Older home however they’ve done a great job doing some updates and maintaining its historic charm. Fun place to stay. Would come back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ideal Beach location. The condo is ground level which makes coming and going really easy. We had 2 kids under the age of 2 so having the pool, beach, playground, and large lawn space were all nice amenities that we used. The place itself was clean and well maintained with several parts including the kitchen and bathroom that have been recently updated. Probably the only complaint is the beach at this resort was a bit rough and required walking through a rocky area to get into the water so definitely recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet.

Alex’s place was comfortable and peaceful! Fresh eggs are a bonus!

This was a very nice place to stay while in the Smithfield area! Very quiet, peaceful, clean and well stocked. Large save with necessary supplies. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!

Favorite place I’ve stayed at and Bear Lake. Within five minutes of almost everything. Mykol was very responsive and respectful. The place was beautiful. I also enjoyed that it was away from the Moore hotel area and on the top floor. No noise heard.

Great apartment in an end unit right next to the beach. So convenient to walk right out and so nice to be at the quiet end of the beach. Lots of boat and supply rentals on site. The apartment looked like it had been recently redone with high end appliances and super well stocked kitchen. The only note I would leave for next guest is to bring an eye mask if you are light sensitive. This was such a great find and we’ll likely come back!

Truly a fantastic place for a staycation. A chance to get away from the kids. It was a trip we won’t forget. It was a little cold but it made it nice under that heavy blanket. Speaking of which, mattress was top tier.

My 5 year old daughter and her mother were visiting from out of state. this place gave her room to play and spend quality time outside of a cramped hotel room with me as well as being centrally located. Glad I booked with David

Camilla’s place was clean and cozy. I booked this stay the morning of and she had the place ready before 4pm that day. Not only is this an extremely affordable option but it’s also private, well cared for, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stress-free getaway. Camilla is always quick to respond to questions/messages which was greatly appreciated. We stayed here while snowboarding and highly recommend Camilla’s place to any and everyone! 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely love this place. my family and I have stayed in these condos a couple times, they are close to all the major amenities (fast food, grocery store, lake access, and bike trails). The place is great, very clean, nice furniture and beds. The hosts were even better. Very communicative and flexible on check in with advance notice. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Marion’s. The place is immaculately clean and has everything provided for a great time. The location was super walkable to restaurants and shops. We also were able to take a short drive and enjoy beautiful Bear Lake.

Great place. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and just down the road from the Utah Marina. Owner was very responsive and the place was well kept and we had access to the garage. Would definitely stay here again. Also, boat parking was a definite bonus!

What an absolutely amazing stay! Ideal beach was incredible and has so many amenities. Leann was responsive, helpful, and kind. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the wonderful activities ideal beach had! The space was clean, comfortable, and had fantastic extras such as movies and games. Our kids had a magical time and we can't wait to return again!
