The house is located in Ea, a charming town that has a nice beach. The farmhouse is located on a hill 1 and a half km from the village, it is a very quiet neighborhood where you can rest. I rent a part of my house, a garden and terrace apartment that are totally independent and private for guests, it is a two-family farmhouse and in the other half my neighbors live all year round. At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. In a typical house, this independent studio consists of two rooms : a large bedroom, a kitchenette and a shower room, a toilet closed. Just outside, there is a wooden terrace with a bioclimatic pergola. The parking is private and free in front of the main entrance of the studio, in a property planted with trees where you can enjoy a nice natural space.
