We enjoyed our stayed. It's a very calm area. We never heard noisy neighbors or busy street traffic. Which was what we needed after coming from tours. All we needed was a home cooked meal and peace and quite. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Booked this property for a quick weekend getaway. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great view of the river. Walking distance to town. Would stay again, I'm sure it's even better in the summer with the river access.

If you looking for peaceful place when you can kayaking and fishing. having firepit and beautiful surroundings tis place is good. Hot water, kitchen and lakeview. Backyard with charcoal grill firepit and chairs and lake access. We had cabin#1, 3 bedrooms, which accommodate 6 of us. Great Labor Day weekend. Very friendly and helpful Host. thank you Ethan.

What a great stay with a generous host who was both helpful with suggestions and great with communication including weather updates(we had a winter storm during our stay. The wood burning stove was a romantic treat). We’d gladly go back and explore his waterfront campsites as well.

Let me first say that Christine is the very definition of Super Host! Responsive, warm and friendly, and attentive. We even had a slight hiccup and had to move the weekend and she was super accommodating! Now about the property. If you want an exceptional view, a cozy porch and a pleasant surroundings, this is the place! I threw a Bachelor Party for my son this weekend and rented Serenity Now! Cabin. We spent the entire weekend on the porch enjoying the surroundings and overlooking the lake, with the sunset setting into the lake-beautiful. The cabin is well kept and clean, and stocked with everything you would need. The table is unique and fantastic, seating everyone. If you’re looking to get away and want a truly incredible stay, look no further than Serenity Now! Cabin and Christine’s hospitality.

The chalet is perfectly located in charming WLE, a quiet, family friendly community on the lake. Has all the amenities you’d need (paddle board, kayak, grill, cornhole, bonfire) for a fun-filled weekend. 15 minute walk from WLE’s marina. Our group of friends had a great time playing games, painting, and enjoying the spacious chalet. WiFi was fast and supported multiple calls at once, even extended onto the deck. Thank you, Carolyn, for being a responsive and kind host! Well stocked closets with towels, linens galore, and pantry. She even let us check in a little early for free :) Would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil lake getaway.

Great place on serene, beautiful lake! We had a wonderful long weekend in this newly renovated house with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, new linens, towels and stylish furniture! Everything was clean, kitchen was fully setup, bathrooms modern and every detail throughout the house was made with comfort in mind. Even shampoos and bath soap dispensers were full and worked great with overall bathroom design. Best part though were the views of the lake and sunset! Correction, the best part was the property manager who responded in moments to any and every question. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

had a great stay at this Lake Ariel home! The property was very easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The host was incredibly responsive and made us feel welcome right away with a thoughtful welcome package. The location was peaceful and convenient, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. This property was really big and we had our own beach which was grest for the kids . It was a very comfortable home with the best view...... Just a few minor things but again we had everything you would need. However I do have an issue with the the price change, so the owner said they didnt change anything BUT everytime I tried to address the issue I just got a request for a review.... So it would be nice to have someone look into this . Is it Airbnb or Advant Stay ???? Thank you And hoping to hear from someone soon. Cathy , Hatboro Pa

Our stay at Swallows Nest was perfect. The place was so clean inside and out. No surprises. Dishes, cookware, etc., were new and in perfect condition. Very organized. The decks were wonderful. Peaceful and beautiful. Definitely planning to return.

Place was very clean and had all the essentials you need and the kitchen was fully packed with pots pans and coffee maker and what a kitchen needs

Art was very responsive, gave helpful instructions and an accurate description of the house. It was great to have the boats available for use. Lots of fun!

This was our second time staying at Julius’ beautiful home on the Delaware River. We absolutely love the location, the river access, and waking up to the view from the back deck every morning. The house is spacious and fit our family of five plus another relative with room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our gracious host!

It was a perfect stay for me, my husband, and our two dogs. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. And we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor swim spa and grill. Jason’s place had all of the cooking appliances that we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to go out. The place was spotless and the bathroom was stocked with all of the amenities you can think of. We will definitely be back if we come back to this part of the Catskills.

Great hosts! Responsive, helpful, and kind. My family had a great weekend over Memorial Day. The weather was on the cold and rainy side for this time of year but the basement had all the kids fully entertained! I highly recommend their place for families. We had a few ping pong championships along with PAC Man last man standing tournaments. The location for local hikes and neighborhood amenities is perfect.

CJ was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. There was so much to keep you entertained ever if you're rained in. We loved the use of the kayaks, but unfortunately the paddle boat was waterlogged from the heavy rain. The hot tub was so relaxing. CJ prepared the place with a portable crib and high chair for my grandson. Breathtaking views of the lake from every room in the back of the house. WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!! This place is very special. I almost don’t want the word to get out because it’s so close to the city. The cabin is rustic and fun, the grounds are quiet and beautiful. We came on a rainy spring weekend and used the hot tub and fireplace a lot. In the morning we kayaked in the pond among turtles and newts sunbathing in the water, floating and listening to the birds. Dasha was a very considerate and attentive host. I will come here again.

Great place to stay within a great community. Had ample space for my guest and I. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer!
