The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. This quirky room is attached to my home but is very private with it's own entrance. It's complete with full bathroom, kitchen, WiFi, cable and Netflix. It's a really cute place in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the beach. Dogs are always welcome... Woof Woof! . Dogs may be happier in my Cabana room upstairs. While most people love this place some elderly folks do not feel comfortable here. Thank you & have a great trip!
