Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Comfortable Studio

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
