Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The approximately 50 square meters large, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently refurbished and fully equipped with high-quality carpenter's furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the centre leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar River or simply over the Isar Bridge.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room is the kitchen-living room with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
