Apartment vacation rentals in Bayamón

The apartment was just what we needed. It has a great location and great value. It was a work in progress but it has great potential. Juan was always around and ready to help. We will definitely stay again in Juan’s place.

Thank you for a great stay! It was all that I needed and more. Peaceful with all amenities and then some. You have done an excellent job at thinking of every detail to make guests feel right at home. And I did. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe. Love the seating area outside for morning breakfast especially. Enjoyed the peace and privacy. To confirm, there is hot water and I enjoyed the hot shower. Helpful note given by host, let the water run for a few minutes so it can warm up. It’s like a 5 min warm up. The home is less than 5 min from a main mall, Plaza del Sol so you have many food and shopping options and attraction, like Parque de Las Ciencias nearby. It’s also just about 15 min to San Juan area. The host was so helpful, pleasant, and readily available to answer questions. I would definitely choose to stay there again! Thank you!

Joan and her family are fantastic! They treated us like family and took us out to eat with them during our stay at their apartment. Joan was extremely helpful in giving us daily recommendations on beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants. The apartment was clean, well stocked and had two air conditionings that kept the whole apartment cool from the Puerto Rican humidity. We slept comfortably and cool! We will definitely be staying with Joan again the next time we visit the island!

Loved staying here. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Jhensen accommodated with early check in so we were able to drop our bags offs and go explore puerto rico. Everyone we met around was super friendly as well. Jhensen communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions. Such an amazing stay and very close to many of the places we went.

Rosemary’s place was wonderful for my trip to PR! It was in a great location, quiet, clean, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately! 10/10 would recommend.

The location was gorgeous, and clean. Alfredo was very attentive with little details to welcome us and make us feel like home. We definitely want to come again and revisit. I highly recommend the location.

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

The place is very clean, I liked the detail of the fold with the seal on the toilet paper.
