Great spot for us as a couple. Balcony views, pool, hot tub, close to fun beach areas. We seen manatees and dolphins everyday.

This place is extremely beautiful! The other tenants are so kind which adds to the experience!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—right off Gulf Blvd and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The amenities were exactly what we needed, and the beach wagon was especially helpful for carrying our things. There are several food options within walking distance, which was super convenient. But the real highlight was just a short drive down the road—an ice cream shop with 150 flavors! We ended up going back multiple times because it was that good. The beach access path has some damage (as do many spots in the area due to last year’s hurricane), but it was still completely manageable, and the wagon handled it just fine. One thing to note: Gulf Blvd can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings, so light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine or something to help drown out the traffic noise. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this property. The views were incredible. The view out of the sliding glass doors is even better than the pictures. We watched dolphins every morning. We loved being able to walk over to Doc Ford’s and eat. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. All the staples you will need while there are also provided. We were sad to go!

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

Great stay! Has everything you need in a little studio and centrally located. Beautiful water view and we saw dolphins! The road is super loud out on the patio, but with the door shut at night it's not noticeable. Would stay again.

excellent location,just a short drive away for food,shopping and beaches,easy in and out of condo with the keypad,plenty of parking,we watched dolphins playing in the bay one morning while having coffee,the only thing i would have liked to use the pool and hot tub after dark,other than that we feel lucky to have stayed here and highly recommend it.

The place was super nice, clean, newer appliances, nicely decorated. We sat out and had coffee on the patio in the morning, overlooking the marina. The beach was just a short walk across the road. It was nice that there’s a crosswalk with lights right there. Overall, a very nice stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

This was my first Airbnb in the US and it was a great experience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. (Wish I knew that before coming as I would not have brought half of the stuff I did). Fred was always responded to any of my concerns or questions. It was a great place with all the amenities!! My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed the condo, everything was exactly as described. Balcony was very enjoyable for coffee and night caps. I wish we could of stayed at the pool after dark would be the only negative
