We could not recommend Celia’s place anymore! It was our little home away from home. The kids did not want to leave the lovely private and peaceful farm. Perfect location for what we wanted and the amenities inside for the kids were exactly what any family would need. Celia thought of everything to make our stay the most enjoyable experience it could be. Thank you again Celia.

Caron’s cabin was rustic and as described. Facilities were good for one night, Caron left us some eggs and fruit from the land. Caron greeted us on arrival and added some history to the cabin which was great. It was a great place for us to stay on our long drive down south. Be warned, creepy crawlies love the cabin also!!

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Pretty little cabin. Didn’t get too cold, short walk to the toilet ( 10m aprox I would say). Kitchen is a bit far but not too much, you have to walk next to the guest house to get there. Beautiful landscape and horses. Host was friendly and gave us our space and privacy. A thing we noticed is they don’t give as many essentials or amenities as we have found in other places and Internet was very poor. Overall, we enjoyed a lot our stay!

Had a lovely stay - very cosy and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings, not very far from town and the various activities Rotorua has to offer. Highly highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be staying when I go to Rotorua again! Plus the most comfortable couch!!

We enjoyed this beautiful home! The views were great and we loved the open kitchen and living room area. Communication was great as we were having issues with the hear, but they were able to get space heaters to warm each room. We would stay again for sure!

I booked this accommodation for my colleagues and they loved it. It was a perfect place for what they needed while working away from home. Excellent communication with the hosts. Would definitely book again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the KatiKati Kiwifruit Cottage. It's always great to explore regional areas, particularly when travelling overseas & it was a breakaway from traditional hotels which can all become very same/same. Thank you, Christine & Fred for welcoming us into your space.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin, super friendly hosts and a nice cosy cabin with everything we needed and beautiful views. We made the most of the rainy evening and went to see the glow worms down the driveway. Also the homemade bread and little treats were a super nice touch.

Cute little farm stay. Cottage as described had everything we needed and was a bonus I could bring my dogs. Thank you!

The Cottage was outstanding, it was everything it said it would be and more. It was comfy, private and quiet. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was delightful, we slept wonderfully. The linen was quality and clean. The couch was comfy and perfect for snuggling and watching a movie. Maura was easy to contact and super helpful. We’re so great we spent our first weekend child free at the Cottage, it was perfect. We look forward to coming back.

Had such a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, quiet, and spacious. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially the fresh avocado, eggs, milk, and toast provided for breakfast. It was such a nice way to start the morning! The bed was super warm and comfortable, we slept so well. Rupali and her husband are super welcoming and friendly! - gave us recommendations for local lookouts and offered to feed the sheep. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway.

Jo’s place was exactly as described, with stunning views from every window. The house was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed—and more. The bedding and furniture were super comfortable, and the shower was lovely. We especially loved the outdoor bath—it was such a treat! Her ponies were a delight to meet and added to the charm of the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karen’s. It was exactly what we needed to wind down. Although the kitchenette was small, we still managed to cook a pasta dish and also a delicious breakfast. The view from bed in the morning was lovely. It was the perfect location for us to do what we needed in Tauranga and out at the family’s farm near Kati

Lovely peaceful location and lots of space outside. Perfect place for a short break in a country setting. We were even able to check in early. We were only staying for one night so that was super helpful. We like places that are clean, but this place was spotless!

Second stay here, heater was on when i arrived so house was beautifully warm. Lovely and peaceful and well set up so homely and comfortable.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.
