Vacation rentals with beach access in Bay of Kotor

Amazing location for exploring Kotor old town. Beautiful, spacious flat which is very near the main sea gate entrance in Kotor. There is access to a beach 10 mins away and close to the start of the hike to the fortress. The hosts were very kind in making sure we got there without issues and provided clear instructions on how to get in/to the apartment.

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

A lovely apartment with great views of Kotor Bay, great for a boat pick up for the tour. Olga and the team are very friendly and helpful, you’ll enjoy your stay.

I was positively suprised of the view from apartment. Room was clean and cozy and communication went well with Stefan. We had a car and were able to see quickly all the surrounding areas and I recommend to rent a car for moving around. Bus is also moving close by but the e-bikes were not working down the walking street. Only slightly negative side was the amount of light that comes to apartment in the morning so sleepingmask (at least for me) was a must. Maybe curtains for sleeping could be good adding to apartment 🤗

Mijo’s place is truly a piece of paradise! Perfectly located, yet away from the hustle and bustle. We loved having the private pontoon, being able to swim every day and relax on the sun loungers. Upon arrival, we found the fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, beer and even delicious cakes! Mijo and his family are lovely, friendly people, and made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after. We cannot recommend Mijo’s property enough! 10/10!

Zorica is a great host and quickly responsive with communication. We truly enjoyed the balcony. Place was clean and welcoming! I highly recommend.

A perfect base for a stay in Kotor! In the heart of Old town with all the buzz and excitement of the cafes and bars, but tucked away so it felt private and safe. Host’s were friendly and helpful, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The home itself is modern, but effortlessly showcases the charm of the building’s character. Spotlessly clean, with everything you could need. Highly recommend!

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Niko's place was comfortable, charming and perfect location with an amazing view! He was so helpful right from booking. Immediately responsive and full of recommendations and info. He even helped us find a doctor when my son needed some urgent care! Very pleased!

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

This place is unbelievable and if it's available I would just book it. Balcony view has to be seen to believe. Nice deck to swim from and great host.

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!
