The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a quiet and elegant residence, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes walk you can reach the lake and the village center where you can find all the main services: mini markets, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, newsstand and tobacco. The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony overlooking the Borromeo Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment, our animal friends are considered special guests and are very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for docking boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a big party for tourists.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.
