Wunderschönes, kernsaniertes Traumhäuschen in Schechen am Inn, Landkreis Rosenheim. In der Nähe befindet sich der Erlensee, Gehweg (10min), perfekt zum Spazieren, Schwimmen und Essen. Bus und Zug in der Nähe, wenige Minuten nach Rosenheim und 45min nach München. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, einen Balkon und ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer, zwei WCs. The 55 sqm 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor under the roof, with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, cable TV and balcony. Dishes and cutlery are also provided. Kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are my private area.
