There is a fenced garden with a large trampoline, a sandbox, a fireplace, and in the summer months it is possible to set up a tent for children and adventurous characters. For adults, there is a pleasant outdoor seating, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and a selection of wines. You can use the Infrared Sauna to relax.

All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay.
