The Haus Obernauer is located 800 meters high in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Hahnenkamm, the house mountain of Kitzbühel , where the famous Hahnenkammrennen der Streif takes place every year. The distance to the valley station of the gondola can also be reached directly via the nearby ski run. Cross-country skiing trail in the immediate vicinity The center , indoor swimming pool or train station is about a 10-minute walk . Hiking trails lead directly from the house to Schwarzsee or via the Seidlalm on the Hahnenkamm.

Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2 room apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom a cot can be placed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
