Reasons to book Casa El Chico: 1.) Neil was an excellent host. He’s accommodating, kind, and simple to communicate with. 2.) The house has plenty of space and is clean. 3.) We can cook and prepare our meals. 4.) There are plenty of clean bathrooms, and the water pressure is excellent even when we're all using it at the same time. 5.) The rooms are extremely comfy and tidy. 6.) There are board games! We will definitely book again!

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

This is our second time staying here, and I’m happy to say the experience is just as great as the first. The place is spotless, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking. The host is consistently responsive and genuinely accommodating, which really adds to the comfort of the stay. One of the things that makes this spot stand out is the pole and aerial studio right next door - a rare and fun bonus, especially if you’re into movement or looking to try something new. We enjoyed our stay in ate Athena’s place. The rooms were spacious. Although only 1 bathroom. But my friends and i didn’t mind it much. It’s very convenient also that the place has its own convenient store. Also wifi was fast. The only downside for me is the noise, vehicles and motorcycles passing by, but only a part of the day not the whole time. Maarte kasi ako sa noise that’s why this is kind of an issue for me. But all in all, DEFINITELY STILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Our stay at Grace's Airbnb was simply wonderful, and she is truly an outstanding host. From the moment we booked, Grace was incredibly responsive, making communication effortless and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space, how thoughtfully equipped everything was, and the clear instructions for check-in. Grace genuinely goes above and beyond – she provided excellent local recommendations, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, andwas always available for questions without being intrusive. The home was perfectly situated for exploring the beach and easy access spots if you have a vehicle. It felt like a true home away from home. We cannot recommend Grace enough. Super thankful for the warm welcome and good vibes! 🫶🏼 Smooth check-in, super chill place — love the cozy feels and aesthetic interior. 💯 The rooms were spacious (beds = 10/10 comfy) and perfect for barkada or fam stay in LU. Bonus points for the AC in all rooms + sooo many outlets (kailangan ‘yan). My fave spot? The patio. Perfect work/chill area! May garage pa. Definitely booking again next time we’re in San Juan. 💖

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! The place is sulit! accessible to palengke, grocery shop and other fastfood chains. Okay also yung accommodation itself, rooms, kitchen and CRs. Basic kitchen utensils are available pero if you’re cooking big batches need to bring your own kawali and kalderos. Okay din yung neighborhood, hindi maingay and we did nit encounter a problem naman during our stay.

Thumbs up! An accommodation more than its worth. Facilities are clean, cozy and very sophisticated. Utilities are complete: from bathroom to kitchen needs. The shore is just a few steps away, giving way to an enjoyable getaway experience. Thank you!

When me and my family saw the house we were all amazed of how beautiful the place was. The inside was very much aesthetic and spacious for 16+ guest. The places that we visit are not that far and the host was very chill, kind, and responsive! Our experience at their place was worth it! We will definitely come back again!🤗❤️

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Chino was accomodating and quick to respond to our queries. There's also Ate Lorie, the housekeeperl. She is nice and helpful. She gave us directions and tips on how to go to places we wanted to visit (esp. if you will ride the jeep since it is cheaper). The place is peaceful, relaxing, and spacious. We like its vibe — cozy and nostalgic. It also runs in solar power which was useful when we experienced a whole day brownout. We're comfortable despite the heat outside. The beach is just a minute walk from the house and far from the busy crowd of Urbiztondo. It's also cleaner and calmer as there are only few resorts nearby. We got to enioy the beach for ourselves. As much as we wanted to stay longer at this house, we needed to go home. Definitely coming back to this place and recommending it to others who want to visit San Juan, La Union.

Loved Aki's place. The property has a lot of "spots". A front terrace-ish spot with chairs facing the beach connected to the main bedroom, a cozy veranda, and a bonfire area with chairs, not to mention the 2 bedrooms they have. Loved the cozy and comfy feeling it gave us. The beach is literally just in front of you, a laid-back ocean waves. The parking area is just 1 minute away. As a Pinoy, a generous set of cookware and utensils is definitely a plus! Comfy pillows, beds, and cold AC. I actually did not expect both rooms to have their own smart television... not a necessity, but they went extra for that. The caretaker, ate Rachel is also kind and nice! The entire place is so spacious! If we ever need to go back to Bauang again sometime soon, we will definitely book here again. What you see is what you get!

What a wonderful place to stay slightly off the beaten path. Very quiet and peaceful. The caretakers Annette and Larry are such wonderful and inviting people. We had a very enjoyable vist when we first arrived. The apartment was great. We were in need of doing some laundry and for a reasonable price we had access to a clothes washer. They also had a small honor bar with cokes & snacks which came in handy. Outside was a bamboo type hut that really added to the ambience .There is also a very well stocked communal outdoor kitchen. Parking is also in a gated area which provided a welcoming since of security. There are also many varieties of plants in a small garden area. When trying to find the place just be very observant of the signs that will lead you in the right direction, or do as we did and contact the caretakers and they will direct you to the house. Thanks to Annette and Larry for being so kind and helpful. My wife and I are definitely looking forward to our next visit.

First time in elyu well-spent and enjoyed thanks to The SeaChange ! It was very nice to have the beach nearby (literally just a minute or two walk, so convenient!)… The place had its own outdoor shower too so it was easy to wash off the sand post visit :) Glad there were games to entertain us at night. The hosts are very accommodating as well so it made our visit much lighter and easier! 🩷 Hope we can come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Liza’s place! The house was incredibly spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms—one with its own bathroom, and the other two sharing a well-maintained restroom. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for our group to relax, bond, and enjoy meals together. Outside, there was plenty of parking space, outdoor benches for lounging, and even a BBQ area which is great if you’re planning to grill. It’s a great setup for groups or families looking to unwind and spend quality time. Liza was also very accommodating and even helped us get drinking water during our stay, which we truly appreciated. We had a restful and enjoyable vacation, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in La Union! Highly recommended!

Good place, very accommodating.

Stayed in Miguel’s place for 4 days with two other friends. We loved the area where it is located—peaceful and quiet, away from the usual business of LU, but there was a good cafe, poke restaurant, and bar just downstairs so it’s still pretty convenient. Also, the place is VERY spacious. We had so much space for 3 people and did not feel cramped at all. It’s also a two-minute walk from a quiet beach!
