The house has everything you need for a comfortable vacation:furniture,dishes, kitchenette,wi-fi,parking,swimming pool. A public transport stop that takes you to the center of Batumi and the beach,a 7-minute walk. We can arrange a tour of the surrounding area,as well as a transfer to the border with Turkey. For guests of our house, there is a system of discounts for visiting the quest and concept bar in the old city.

In the heart of the old town of Batumi, next to Piazza. A studio is rented with a separate entrance through an isolated courtyard. Fully equipped for longer stays, in this case recommended for 2 people and a family with 1 child. There is a yard with furniture , which you can also use - for example, breakfast or dinner in a yard!) Sleeping places - folding sofa and mattress 1600. Accommodation for 2 people - $50 per day, accommodation for 3-4 people - $60 per day. Long-term rentals are negotiable.

A small apartment of 30 sq.m. in the center of Batumi, on Luka Asatiani Street, with a separate entrance to the inner Italian courtyard of the old city. The bedroom has a double bed 150x200cm. In the living room there is a sofa, TV (smart TV), fridge, air conditioning and gas heating system. On the second tier there is a mini kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The ceilings are 190 cm high. There is Wi-Fi.

A two-story exterior features a balcony adorned with potted plants, offering a glimpse of greenery. Below, a white door provides entry, framed by a light-colored stone facade. Two evenly spaced windows allow natural light into the rooms, with a small garden area visible in front.
