Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Battambang Province

Steven and his team Sara, and the housekeeping, they are all great hospitality and wonderful host. My family of 8 was very enjoying our stay there. Highly recommended!

Frank and his staff were amazing throughout our stay. They were always attentive and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The tours organised by them were also well-planned and very reasonably priced. Morning breakfast at your own rooftop private pool was also a huge plus. Highly recommended 👍👍

This place is big! I was really surprised that I had my own room for that price. I did not have hard time locating the place because the host send me a google map pin. It was just 5 mins walk from the bus station. There are nearby 7-11, ATM machine, and also local market where you can shop for food. The neighborhood is also quiet and at 7pm, it feels like they’re all rested. Also this place is 15 mins away (by walking) to the pub street. The host is also very helpful especially when I need to extend for another day. This deserved more than 5 stars.

Really responsive host, handover at check in good. They sorted airport pick up which is always great when landing from long haul.. rooms all good size with open bathrooms and AC. Couldn’t open the shutters for natural light in most but not a problem. Kitchen big enough as really doubt anyone will be cooking . For 4 of us meeting for a reunion this was a perfect 4 days. I think for 10 the shared area t be a bit tight as only 4 pool loungers altho a few hammocks. Always tuk tuk outside ready. Easy to walk into city if wanted and felt very safe. Use of washing machine always handy.

Beautiful sanctuary! Pool was great to cool off in after a hot day exploring. Host was very responsive and helped arrange driver and tuk tuk.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place is spacious, very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Ben and Sihui were so nice, they arranged early check in and booked us an excellent tuk-tuk driver (Smi) for visiting temples. It was helpful to have laundry (although note this is up a steep metal staircase so may not be accessible for someone with mobility issues). The house has a peaceful garden in a quiet neighborhood. It is about $2-3 to tuk-tuk downtown to restaurants, or there is a local market close by to buy groceries.

Loved this place! It is very spacious, upstairs and downstairs. It has a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife but is tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The jacuzzi is a plus! Caroline communicated with us at every step and was nearby to help if we needed it. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Siem Reap.

Look no further. If this place is available, BOOK IT! I've travel to Cambodia many times and this is by far the best place I've stayed. The staff alone are some of the nicest and caring people you will meet. They welcome you with open arms and kindness in their hearts. The villa itself is very spacious and has all the creature comforts you would need. 100/10 would recommend. Looking forward to booking this place again.

The hosts and staff at the residence were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had about the area and local tours. The pool is fantastic for cooling off in the heat! Everything was as described and clean on arrival. Location is good, a short tuk tuk ride away from the centre but with many options for restaurants/shops also close by.

We wanted to extend our stay from from just a few days to a full week and our hosts were happy to accomodate us. They were always available for assistance and very friendly. The neighborhood was convenient to Ankhor Park and many historical areas. We wanted to feel a part of Siem Reap community. We also enjoyed sitting out in the garden in the morning and evening observing the the passing of the sun. Delphine and Oran’s home was a perfect spot for us.

Hi, has to be one of the best private appartments in Siem Reap. Quiet and semi secluded and only 5 mins to the city centre in a $1 tuk tuk. Local shops and restaurants start 200m away. Apartment is clean, large, open and spacious. Fantastic host, catered for our car. Will stay here again. Cheers DJ.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how incredibly clean everything was. You could tell that the hosts take immense pride in maintaining a spotless environment, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. Not a speck of dust in sight! Beyond the impeccable cleanliness, the property had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The thoughtful décor, comfortable furnishings, and soft lighting created a truly inviting space. After a long day of exploring, it felt like coming home to a warm and welcoming haven. We especially loved the convertible sofa that we can instant convert into a cozy bed. The location of this Airbnb was also a major highlight. The property has variety of available space such as terrace or balcony on the upper floor It was situated in the heart of Siem Reap within easy walking distance of key attractions, or less than 10mn to Pub Street. It’s also quiet and peaceful

The accommodation is great. Just as the pictures show. It is beautiful, spacious and tidy but what made this trip really special was the nice interaction with Sabine and Nathalie. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Din Din gave us an exceptional greeting upon arrival and communication throughout our stay was great. He was extremely helpful and response time was very quick! The apartment itself was just as described and extremely clean. And he also provided us with extra towels and lovely amenities. The location of the apartment building is perfect - walking distance to main area of city but slightly off the main road so it’s fairly quiet! The gym and the pool are free to use and they’re some of the best facilities we’ve experienced for an Airbnb and hotel. It’s safe to say we would definitely stay again at Din Dins accommodation. This stay was perfect. Exactly as described. The whole staff is unbelievably kind - Miss Kim went out of her way to make us feel at home when we arrived and was responsive even when she was traveling herself. The place is walking distance from great restaurants, local markets, tons of cafes, everything you need but is on a quiet street. Excellent value. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

This is a great spot to hang out at - the location enables you to witness Cambodian suburban life happening as is. From people going to and fr from wok, school children and the suburban hustle of people going about their business. Roland his wife and child are friendly and his wife is an amazing conjurer of treats. Roland is an eclectic Frenchman and plays the good host in their simple inhouse cafe-bar. He is also able to book transport for you. Ask for a chap named Sarou. I would recommend this place for people with children over 10 and for the young at heart. A memorable experience.
