Our stay here was wonderful! We are a family of 5 and this house had plenty of space. The description in the listing is very accurate. John was great with communication, and helped make our arrival smooth. With the pool table, plunge pool, lounge chairs, and the beach access, we felt like we didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy our vacation. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Thanks so much to Dawn and Mark for always getting back to us and for being so helpful with any local questions we had. We felt very welcome and didn’t want to leave! We stayed with our 2 young daughters who loved the pool. They also enjoyed the pool at Paul Owen’s. The local restaurants are lovely and Masey’s supermarket being walking distance was helpful. We also walked to Paynes beach which is 25 minutes towards Bridgetown direction but would highly recommend it! Peaceful beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A beach bar with great food and we saw turtles. Don’t forget your snorkel!!

Just got back from a girls getaway and loved every second of our stay at Imagine Villa! The location is perfect, you’re a quick walk to the beach and La Cabane as well as many other things in the area. The bus stop is right outside the villa (take it, you won’t be disappointed!) there were 8 of us, lots of room for everyone, the rooms were perfect, each room has a bathroom and the pool in the back is good for a little dip. Everyone was so responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything, or had a question or request. I will absolutely go back, the Villa is perfect and you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at the villa. It is perfectly situated, only a few minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants - but tucked away on a residential street so it’s quiet (aside from the cockerel in the morning!). The air con was very effective. The place was spotless, and the host was very responsive to any queries. 10/10 would recommend! If you stay here be sure to take the short cut through the back garden gate to Park Cafe for an excellent coffee and breakfast!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are so beautiful and the villa is well kept. Warren was so responsive and helpful with assisting me plan details for my bestfriends bachelorette celebration. He provided lots of guidance and recommendations and assisted me with purchasing flowers and grocery items for our stay. The villa has small touches like plush robes in each of the rooms and lots of linens and towels to utilize during your stay. Ms. Jackie was so sweet and helpful and welcoming during check-in and checkout. There is lots of space/seating for entertaining if you’re with a group. We took a stroll around the corner to a local spot called Wendy’s and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. I will definitely return again. Thank you Warren and Sherri for making our experience so memorable.

Great 7 days- no complaints. Kids enjoyed the private and communal pools. Very responsive host and property manager. So, very pleasant stay overall.

The place is bigger than the pictures so much space inside and outside. Very peaceful and loves the sound of the sea at night. Would stay there again.

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. Had the most amazing stay. The location of the villa was 10/10. To wake up and hear the waves splashing was wonderful. Would highly recommend and would return. Xxx

Fantastic place to stay. There are no sandy beaches; night clubs; or tiki bars at this place: it is just you and nature. Patrick the grounds manager is both extremely helpful for any needs and at the same time extremely respectful of privacy. The 'guard dogs' are adorable and friendly - I miss my morning greetings from Shadow already. The monkeys are cute and keep a healthy distance. The nightly hermit crab gatherings are unlike anything I've seen before. The gardens are beautiful and the private cliffside seating and private cove are quite literally breathtaking. I was extremely nervous about the lack of air conditioning, but the 2nd floor balcony (off which 2 of the rooms sit) is probably the breeziest spot in all of Barbados. Bring your own food, transport, entertainment, etc, and you're all set. Will be back in a heartbeat.

Sugar Palm House exceeded our expectations, providing an unforgettable experience despite a broken AC in one of the bedrooms. Linda ensured our comfort by providing two high-quality fans and promptly responding to all our messages. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The large pool was a standout feature, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely consider it for future visits.

We had a fantastic time at the Sweet Spot villa. Between the easy access to the beach and private pool, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The community is beautiful and there was ample space for our family of 11. It was also a huge plus to have bathrooms in each bedroom when getting ready each day. Todne was very helpful in getting our questions answered. Unfortunately, internet is spotty (which caused delays in communicating in general). It would have been helpful to have had some instructions regarding the house earlier (re: how to get ‘hot’ water, work the door locks, registering etc.) but we figured it out eventually. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

This spacious 4 bed villa set in a beautiful location is in the perfect place to relax! Conveniently situated near the large resort swimming pool and gym. Great view over the perfectly manicured golf course with tiny birds and monkeys to watch. Hospitality was faultless and couldn't have done enough for us. Batteries recharged, just what we all needed. Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! The home is cozy and situated in the amazing estate of Royal Westmoreland. It was nice having a housekeeper and taking walks throughout the community. Getting into the estate was somewhat challenging at first because there weren't exact addresses or house numbers, but once we knew the home, it was easy thereafter.

If you’re looking for a private quiet spacious space to relax, unwind and rest then Ridge View is perfect. Everything is just as described- From the view on the back veranda to bathing by the pool, doing our laundry under the sun, we had everything we needed and really felt at home and at peace. Mauva, who manages the villa, was always available and checked we were ok from time to time. The air fryer really came in handy too, but if you don’t feel like cooking there’s a place called the ocho ríos bullpen about 10min drive away- we LOVED their take on fish and chips! Would defo recommend and would defo stay here again. Thank you so much Sylvia & Mauva

The house was in a lovely location to experience the local culture. It is a friendly community of Vila’s with very friendly people. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to Batts Rock beach which is one of my favourite on the island. This villa is perfect to escape the high tourism of Holetown and Bridgetown.

This is our second stay at Karen's place and we have absolutely loved it. It has felt like a home from home and we find the energy of the place so uplifting and so peaceful. This beautiful villa is a short walk away from breathtaking beaches, glorious sunsets and friendly bars. Really lovely villa, so relaxing and private. Well equipped home, outside area was stunning. Rooftop terrace is such a lovely area! The home was clean, pool cleaner came on Wednesday too. Jan was lovely and helpful. Air con in the rooms was great as so hot! Definitely hire a car as we explored the surrounding and outer areas as the villa is quite isolated which makes it so peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Tamarind Villa met all of our expectations. It was clean and kept clean by a housekeeper every couple of days. The house was only a few minutes' drive to Holetown - with great stores and restaurants, and close to the beach. Our family of four enjoyed walking to the clubhouse in the evening for a swim and we had dinner and drinks on several occasions at the restaurant on-site. Not to mention there is a picture-perfect sunset view from the pool deck of the clubhouse. Tamarind Villa and the staff at One Caribbean Estates were exceptional.
