Located 35 minutes from Oxford and 20 minutes from Enid or Grenada Lakes. Our 130 year old farmhouse is cozy and quaint. It will sleep 7 people . There are 2 bedrooms with antique full sized beds. The master bedroom has its own half bath. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa and a twin pull out loveseat. Everything has recently been remodeled. You will love our authentic 12 foot farm table that seats 12. Laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi!

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.

Beautiful, newly-renovated cottage surrounded by woods, steps away from private lake. Easy to be isolated in this roomy studio with vaulted ceiling and fans, fully outfitted kitchen, queen bed and futon couch. Large shower. Hi-speed Wi-Fi and Roku TV. Porch with seating; charcoal grill & fire pit. Owners' residence on property, plus dogs and chickens. 7 miles from Oxford square, 8 miles from campus.

Wonderful home located on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. There is a private dock and a boat ramp only 1 house over. Located 3 mins from the upper lake & the marina. Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
