Perfect stay. I was enjoying to stay in this house!

This place was excellent, nice gym facilities, breakfast was decent. Location is perfect 100m from MTR and bus stations. Nice bakery on 1st floor and excellent coffee places and food nearby. Groceries walking distance at Bugis. Room a but small for extended stay but fine for a week.

It’s a comfortable, spacious, cozy apartment. The staffs are friendly. Fair price with such a great location.

This was the perfect place to stay for our week in Singapore. A few minutes walk from two MRT stations, spacious and comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Should we return to Singapore, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

Excellent place! We are so glad we stayed here. Central to everything with the MRT stop right there. The place was very clean and comfortable and has essentially all of the amenities (kitchen, pool, gym, laundry)

I will definitely book again. It always feels like home. As I have mentioned in my previous review, I find it to be ideally situated - within walking distance to Fort Canning MRT, Somerset MRT and 24/7 FairPrice supermarket. It provides the right amount of comfort and services for my needs. It is also not too busy/crowded. I am actually conflicted about leaving a positive review. I don't want it to get too popular and to lose its charm! 😅

It was a great stay. Location is excellent as it is near restaurants and supermarket, which are within 5 mins walk. Having 24-hour reception is wonderful, staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a great stay

As per photo. Overall the place is relatively fine for short stay. Sufficient amenities, good hot shower, great ACs. only 3 downside for the price paid, Room no Wifi, lift slow(top floor w only 2 lifts, not host's fault) and TV reminds me the early 2000's. All in all, place is SUPER CLEAN, nagoya city area, grab/gojek easily get. basement there's a mini mart that closes late. Host assistant, Ega, too had been promptly replying my queries. Thanx guys, hope you can get a wifi running ^^".
