We had a great stay! The place is so cozy and nice. It is also not too far from Subic Yacht Club, restaurants, and Dutyfree (~8-12min ride). Host is very responsive and friendly. We would love to come back here!

A serene and well-equipped home that truly feels like a private retreat.

She provided us with everything that we need. The place is safe and is in the heart of the town proper which makes it accessible to anything. The place was spotless, smelled so good and there were split-type aircons everywhere! Sarah even made us try Bataan's specialty: dried and smoked fish! More importantly, she let me cuddle her Shihtzu pup which made our stay even more meaningful! 🤩😍 Will definitely stay here again if we visit Balanga again. We love you Sarah and Maui!♥️♥️♥️

Malunggay Apartment was a perfect place for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. The space was well-maintained, and the amenities provided everything we needed. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. Despite the rainy weather, our stay at Casa Monte Lubao was perfect. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. The kids had a blast in the pool, while the adults enjoyed some friendly competition over billiards. We all had a restful sleep—the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, the towels smelled amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked food together. Special thanks to Emman, the super accommodating host, who even dropped by to say hi and check if we needed anything—his warm gesture truly topped off our great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Heidi was very responsive and friendly to meet us upon check in. The house is spacious and perfect for my family and siblings. The view on the 3rd floor is amazing and a cool spot to play pool table, cook, dine and just hang out. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing. We all loved the house in Subic!

Good accommodation. The host maintained excellent communication even before our arrival. Both the host and staff were proactive and easy to reach, and we were ushered well to our room. The room is spacious; indoor slippers and hygiene kits were provided, along with a couple of towels. Although the room is on the third floor, the water pressure was strong, and they also have a water heater. We anticipated some noise from outside the building as it's beside the main road, but it wasn't as loud as expected and didn't disrupt us in any way. Being on the main road also means there are many establishments around the area. While there isn't a parking space here, public transport is very accessible. Plus, there's a great pizza and milkshake place at the ground floor of the building and they offered to deliver food upstairs to our room. Overall, we had a great stay at this place. We highly recommend it!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is perfect for those who love nature views and a peaceful, less crowded atmosphere. Leilani is an exceptional host, truly hands-on, which made our stay unforgettable. The unit itself is incredibly cozy, and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit Subic.

We stayed here for a while since we needed accommodation close to MAAP. Our family appreciates the host for being quick to respond to our questions and the caretaker for being so attentive to our needs. We had a nice stay.

If you're planning a day tour and don't want to stay overnight in Las Casas, this is a good place to stay in. It's cheaper, less scarier, and just a few mins. away from Las Casas.

Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!

Ian was clear with his instructions upon our booking. He is nice to interact with. His caretaker is also a joy to work with.

Everything was exactly as they mentioned. They cleaned the room regularly. It was quiet and sustainable for all of my needs. I totally recommended :)
