Waterfront vacation rentals in Basel

Had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It looks as good as it does in the photos. The only drawback was that it's close to some sort of railroad, and you can hear the train passing by every once in a while. However, the apartment is also pretty close to a stream of water, which sounds very soothing, and this was my first time staying at a place that had this feature. It's also worth noting that the neighborhood is basically a cute little town and had a laid-back vibe that I really liked.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was just the perfect size for our family-cozy yet spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The garden was a real highlight: beautifully kept and very welcoming, a great space for both kids and adults to relax. Everything was spotless and clean, and the quiet surroundings made it ideal for our children’s bedtime. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, from the essential drinks that were provided to the baby crib offered for our little one. These details really made a difference and showed how much care went into hosting 🤗 Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay! There was everything in the apartment we needed. It is very nicely equipped. Communication with Bianca was great and she was very helpful.

Great location, very walkable and appreciated the basal card that Zoe provided i before our arrival . Also Appreciated having two keys to the apt. Zoe was very helpful, she FaceTimed and then stopped over to help instruct me on how to use the dryer. Beds were comfortable. This apt met our needs. Would stay here again.

The place is very conveniently located, especially if you want to ski or toboggan. All of this is just a few steps from the apartment. There are also more slopes a few kilometers away. The proximity to Freiburg is also convenient, and if desired you can reach Colmar in just an hour. In addition, there is a magnificent view in just two kilometers – you can see Switzerland about 100 kilometers away. The altitude ensures snow security in the winter and pleasantly cool evenings in the summer. The road is nearby but there is not much traffic and it is about 50 meters away so there is no noise.

We spent 3 days as a couple in the dairy and are more than delighted. It's superbly renovated, everything is pretty and convenient. There is a river terrace, a road terrace and a terrace in the garden, enough to relax. This was our base camp for our adventures in the area. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the living room and its screen projector, the well-equipped kitchen. And ten meters from the door there is a great small shop with all the classic plus artisan. Matthieu always responded quickly and clearly, thank you to him. Highly recommended.

There were two of us for one night in Tabea's accommodation. The room and bathroom were great and the view from the room was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tabea is a nice host! Communication with her was great and check-in and check-out worked great. We'll be happy to come back anytime!

We spent wonderful Easter holidays in Simone's old town cottage in St.Ursanne. The place is very cozy with a homely wooden stove and well-kept garden. It's easy to communicate with Simone and everything was welcoming and clean.

I was allowed to spend one night in one of Tabea's rooms. The room and also the shared bathroom were very clean, cute and functional. Check-in info came at the right time and made the self-check-in easy. The room is located near the old town and is easily accessible on foot from the train station. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and have no negative criticisms.

We enjoyed ourselves at Jean-Claude's place. A cozy place, a top pool, a super nice gardener who offers you good vegetables picked in front of you😉. I even made a compote with its apples. A very friendly and responsive couple that I recommend for a serene holiday.

Annette was very friendly and helpful. Such a lovely woman. She even gave me € coins, so that I could wash my dirty motorcycle at the car-wash! I can dearly recommend!

Roland is a great host,who either came and took me frim the airport and brought me to his lovely home! Everything in Roland’s apartment was clean and tidy! Communication with him was so easy,he always responded to my massages so fast and polite! Very cosy, little appartment in the middle of a beautiful area. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in was a bit messy because the host thought we'd arrive a day later, however, she got everything ready in a pinch! The location is also excellent for those who love a good outdoor-holiday, as my partner and I do. We had a wonderful stay!
