Nice attic in hip quarter near train station

The attic is on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a charming old house in the hip Gundeldinger Quarter and is well connected by public transport. Nearby there are a few cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The newly renovated object has a bathroom with shower and a double bed which can be divided into two singles. There is also a coffee machine and a refrigerator. - train station 2 min. (tram), 5 min. (by foot) - exhibition square 10 min. (tram) - city centre 8 min. (tram), 15 min. (by foot)

Spacious, bright 2.5-room apartment, 72 m² for 1 to 3 people. Bedroom with double bed 180 x 200, living room daybed 90 x 200. Bathroom: Bathtub/shower and toilet. Kitchen: Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. 2nd floor, elevator, quiet location, view in green area with tall trees, balcony, quiet neighbors. Optimal connection to public transport. No TV connection. No smoking allowed. Suitable for house dust allergy sufferers (No carpets/curtains). A baby crib, highchair and some toys available.
