There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating.
