A spacious and cozy fully equipped car. Located on a village road, very quiet, between the main house and neighbor in a natural garden. Sleeping area to the front garden, sitting area to the raspberries, small kitchen, fridge/gas stove, running Water from pump system (cold). Small bathroom with washing facilities (cold). Private garden with sitting area. Private shower room in the house. 1 km to the swimming area and the Baltic Sea coastal hiking trail. The Darss and Zingst and Fischland are easy to reach with good bicycles.

Sea dreams? Lake views of our lagoon and Zingst Island! Looking for a low-budget neighborhood, but need your privacy, enough space and feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. It has 65 m², is in the old town of Barther, with beautiful water views of the lagoon and the "Adlige Fräuleinstift" founded in 1733. It is in the best location, quiet (Spielstraße) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 min. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

Hafenkoje 1 (ground floor) Very cozy, new and modern equipped apartment; including in-house sauna in the romantic closed courtyard. For the use of the sauna, please have 3 x €2- € coins. It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
