Die 1-Zi-Whg. liegt in der 1. Etage mit separatem Eingang. Fußbodenheizung, el. Rollläden, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, HD-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einiges mehr, bieten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die max. Personenzahl ist 4, dann allerdings schon etwas eng und nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Optimal ist die Whg. z.B. für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind. Ein Babybett, ein Kinder-Reisebett, sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl kann gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitgestellt werden (5€ pro Aufenthalt).

Sie sehen sich gerade unser Studio "Eulenloch" in ruhiger Lage mit Gartenanlage und Gartenhaus in einem Meer voller Blumen an. Das Eulenloch ist 14 qm groß und bietet Platz für 2 Gäste. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Sitzmöglichkeiten. An diesem Platz genießen Sie die Aussicht über das weite Tal, bis hin zum Steinhuder Meer. Das Eulenloch ist durch einen Flur von unserem Eulennest getrennt. Beide Wohnungen haben einen separaten Eingang, aber einen gemeinschaftlichen Hauszugang.
