Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Barrie

We really enjoyed our stay at Friday Harbour so much so I think we’re gonna be coming back again next year thank you again so much!!!

This house was perfect for our large group: for couples and a baby. Having the pool was a bonus that we really appreciated in the warm weather. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and there were enough linens as well as pool towels for us all. There was plenty of space for everybody as the rooms were all quite large, particularly the master bedroom. The house were incredibly accommodating when we realized after checkout that we had left a couple of items behind. They were able to make arrangements for us to retrieve them several days later back in Toronto! I definitely can recommend this house.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

We had a lovely stay at Matt’s place. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We used the fire pit, games room and the hot tub. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated the large kitchen and cupboard space. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Thanks Matt!

My husband and I spent our first year anniversary at Lanny & Jennifer’s beautiful property. Right from the start, they made us feel right at home by greeting us and giving us a walk through of the property. We never felt so at home at an air b n b! The place is so well kept - clean, smelled great & had all the essentials. We felt safe and at home throughout the stay. The pool was well kept and the laundry was an amazing addition. The neighbour hood is quiet and close to all the stores. The hosts were extremely personable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

The gardens and creek were just lovely…the apartment was clean & pretty much had all I needed. In particular the bed was excellent- had a great sleep. Would stay here again, if needed. Wendy was easy to communicate with & prompt with her replies & very accommodating to my schedule. Thank you, Wendy!

The condo was exactly as pictured! Friday Harbour is a hidden gem with activities if you choose, hikes through the nature preserve or cocooning in your private suite. It exceeded my expectations!

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, everything felt special — the apartment was beautifully designed, warm, and welcoming, with softly lit scented candles already creating a cozy atmosphere. We were also greeted with thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of wine, cookies, and yogurts for breakfast — such a kind and generous gesture! The place itself is quiet and peaceful, and enjoying morning coffee by the little lake with the fish was simply magical. This stay made our weekend unforgettable. Sandra’s place is just like the pictures super cute, clean and private. The place has everything you need for a great stay. She’s very responsive to messages. It was our 2nd time enjoying her place and we’d look forward to booking with her again!

The place had everything we needed—clean, peaceful, and filled with activities, especially fishing, which we really enjoyed. We were also so happy to spot river otters during our stay! Big thanks to Ash and Nicholas for being so accommodating with our inquiries. We just got home and are already wishing we could go back!

Jill And Chef Jeff are A++ hosts. They were very responsive to requests and inquires. Their property is a slices of heaven; quiet, and peaceful. Bird songs to start your day. Chef Jeff's culinary delights had us indulging in his masterpieces the next day. I HIGHLY recommend you working with Chef for 1 nights dinner. Thank you to this fabulous couple.

Rana was an excellent host who was very responsive, friendly, understanding and super helpful! The cabin was exactly as described and better! A cosy unit perfect for a couple and the location was just perfect! I will most definitely come back👊🏾 and highly recommend it to others who are looking for a cute, quiet, getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s. Unfortunately we had a family funeral unexpectedly and could not arrive on Friday as planned. We arrived the Saturday evening instead but Jennifer offered a late check out for us since we had lost some time. Accommodation is pleasant and clean. Bed was comfortable and you can tell that Jennifer and her husband take great pride in the property Beautiful surroundings and a great view of the lake. Orr lake is very shallow and has a beach area it would be great if travelling with kids. We were disappointed that the water was too shallow for fishing from the dock but it was a chilly weekend so we spent time in nearby Midland. St Marie Among the Hurons was a great way to spend a cold afternoon. Found a great English pub in Victoria Harbour.

Our getaway was delightful! Every moment felt special, from long dog walks through the property to relaxing in the cozy, beautifully designed cabin. The outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to unwind, and taking a refreshing dip in the swimming pond after our bike race made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Rushad:)

Absolutely glorious! It really must be seen to be believed and appreciated fully. Gorgeous, peaceful and secluded property with forest, flowers and ferns as far as the eye can see. Listening to the many kinds of birds in the area, and the babbling stream beside the cabin, was the perfect soundtrack for the peaceful getaway I sorely needed. Alliston was only minutes away, and was great to go to for lunch and catch a movie as well. The cabin itself is wonderfully rustic while still providing all of the creature comforts needed. Side note: the beds have Casper mattresses, and provided an excellent night's sleep. I have some new wonderful memories, and I greatly look forward to making more there in the future.

Kate's retreat is a perfect getaway from the city. Quiet, private, with lots of nature surrounding the cottage. The sauna, hot tub, and fireflies at night - were the extras on top. Thanks so much.
