The casita is nicely furnished and everything is on the ground floor. On the private terrace of 60m2(!) with all day sun you can enjoy. A walk through the fenced garden and you will reach the pool! Fabulous private villa in a quiet area. Lovely pool area, great air condition in all rooms. Great value for money too. Supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance, up the hill. . We didn't have a car, used local taxi to go into Altea and Benidorm every day. Old Town Altea is so beautiful and well worth a visit. Great communication and easy check in/check out. Would definitely recommend staying here. Really comfy sun loungers too and a lovely covered area in the shade by the pool.

We had a wonderful stay with Hardy and Miriam. They were a very warm and welcoming couple, attending to everything we needed. The place was exactly as seen in the photos, probably even better. The pool in particular and its surrounding seating areas were truly lovely. I would say that our stay was the start of a new friendship. Both Hardy and Miriam took the time to sit and chat, and we found ourselves enjoying their company a great deal. We hope to keep in touch and stay at their place again.

We stayed at Patrick's place for a week. We were greeted by Jacqueline the mother, she is adorable, friendly and knows how to welcome her guests in a good mood. The house is even prettier in person than in the pictures. The garden is extremely pleasant and private. This is the first time we have rented on Airbnb and we were delighted by the cleanliness of the accommodation, the amenities of the house and the kindness and responsiveness of Patrick and Jacqueline. Without a doubt if we return to the area we will rent from them again. We wish them all the best and thank them for a lovely vacation.

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything and more needed for our stay. Victoria who welcomed us was so friendly and gave us lots of useful advice. The location was peaceful, but close and cheap enough in a taxi to the beaches and restaurants. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for those wanting a bit more peace and luxury on their holiday!

We stayed here for a stag do with 14 of us, and it couldn’t have been better! The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a big group. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep and relax, and the shared spaces were ideal for socialising, playing games, and making memories. One of the absolute highlights was the view it was unreal. Waking up to that scenery every morning made the trip feel extra special and added a real wow factor to the whole weekend. The host was great really helpful and responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The location was ideal too: close enough to everything we needed but peaceful and private so we could enjoy ourselves without any worries. All 14 of us had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend this place for any big group or special occasion. Thanks for an unforgettable weekend!

Marc is a lovely guy. We arrived at eleven o'clock at night and he was waiting for us. Very attentive. The place is nice, secluded and intimate. Benidorm is 15 minutes away by car. The caravan where we stayed is small, for two, but it was what we were looking for. Everything was very clean and picked up. It's like camping, but better. It has a spectacular pool, barbecue area. If I have to highlight three things: 1. Attention, 2. Beautiful place. 3. Quiet. Ciao friends.
