You will find our house in a residencial area of the village of El Perelló . The apartment is to the side of our house but has it's own private entrance. The apartment consists of a light kitchen / living with a garden with seating. One double bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 bed and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and a wooden baby bed and a bathroom make a comfortable stay for 4 people and a baby. Downstairs you will find our swimming pool area, it is shared with the studio (2p).

Le logement est superbe !! Nous y avons passé 10 jours entre amis et nous nous sommes régalés. Le cadre est exceptionnel, le logement est fidèle aux photos. Peu importe l'endroit où l'on se trouve, les vues sont magnifiques ! La piscine est immense et très agréable ! Le patio exceptionnel !! Le petit + pour la tranquillité, le logement est situé au milieu de champs d'oliviers donc pas de voisins à proximité ! Les points - car il y a en toujours : - La terrasse en bois est abîmée donc beaucoup d'échardes à retirer durant le séjour... - La lumière de la piscine n'est pas accessible donc pas de baignade le soir car pas de visibilité. - La clim s'arrêtait à 6h15 du matin alors qu'il est indiqué 8h sur l'annonce. - Les 2 bacs de douches de la maison étaient bouchées à notre arrivée - Attention pour ceux qui dorment à l'étage, la chambre est totalement ajourée car pas de porte et elle donne sur la cuisine... - Les lits superposés dans la chambre enfant sont dangereux pour les plus petits...

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en casa de Laura. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo delante del mar, en una zona tranquila perfecta para desconectar. La casa estaba impecable: todo muy limpio, ordenado y con todos los detalles cuidados. Éramos un grupo de 6 amigos y estuvimos comodísimos. La comunicación con Laura fue excelente desde el primer momento, muy amable y atenta a todo. La entrada y salida fueron facilísimas gracias al sistema de llaves con caja de seguridad. ¡Una experiencia de 10! Sin duda repetiríamos.

Un lloc formidable si busques descansar i connectar amb la natura! L'espai és molt agradable, molt còmode i bonic! El porxo genial per gaudir dels esmorzars i sopars a l'estiu i la piscina és un plus a tot aquest bonic espai! Es respira tranquilitat! Great vacation in Xavi house and Xavi and his mom were great for giving us nice spots in the area. House is like the pictures and the view is amazing. We ll be back one day for sure !!!
