Located in a gated community on the north coast of Alagoas, 45 km from Maceió. Close to the beach (400 m from the beach). Tranquil, ventilated place with space to play football, volleyball and basketball. It has a hammock area, children's playground, slackline, private pool and game room, with pool and foosball. It has 4 bedrooms, with air-conditioning, 4 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen, with a barbecue grill. Up to 16 people (with young children up to 20) There is rabbit and bird breeding. Longer stays (>5days) is discounted.

In addition to enjoying the beauty and tranquility of Tabuba Beach, you and your family can stroll through other nearby places, with our house as a support point for resting and eating. The house is close to the beach (which is at the end of the street at approximately 200 meters). In the region, there are beautiful beaches and excursions to the Natural Pools, to Praia de Carro Quebrado and others. Located in Loteamento Praia de Tabuba. (Little bustling neighborhood, with dirt streets).

Excellent for CARNIVAL!!! Spacious house in Barra de Santo Antônio, 7 km from Carro Quebrado beach. Located in the Bosque Rio Mar Condominium (gated community with 24-hour concierge and security rounds.) A very pleasant leisure area surrounded by plants. Adult and children's pool. Barbecue grill. Large balcony. The condominium is 2 km from Ilha da Croa, 5 km from Paripueira Beach, 2 km from Tabuba Beach. NOTE: Electricity consumed during the stay will be charged separately. We do not rent for parties and events.

Querida Family House, BEACH, RIVER and SWIMMING POOL.

We are on a plot of 1,500 m2, surrounded by fruit trees. House complete with everything, barbecue, tables and 4 x 9 m swimming pool, 500 meters from the beach, in a gated community, with a club and security. Next to the condominium, you have access to the most incredible tours in our region, known as the "Coral Coast." We provide all bed and bath linens, as well as all kitchen utensils. At check-in we take a photo of the meter, at check-out another, we calculate the difference and multiply by R$ 1.30

Our Homemaker and his family reside in the property (annex) and is 24 hours at the disposal of guests, as the house is large and needs permanent support.
