Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Monziani - San Giulio Island

Villa Monziani, an exclusive 17thC lakefront house, one of the oldest on the island in the middle of Lake Orta, recently completely modernised, offers a peaceful and romantic stay in beautiful and historic surroundings, with private boat (10HP - no license required) guarantees full flexibility & our mainland locked garage included. We have 2nd larger 40HP boat/8 seater and a 2nd covered space in same parking garage, both for an extra fee. If less days are required please ask, perhaps can help.

Mari-Melissa's house

Take a break and regenerate in this oasis of peace. Studio apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette equipped with all comforts, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bed. In the patio, you will find a small outdoor table for breakfast or lunch in front of a small and flowery garden. Wi-Fi and free parking for motorcycles and bicycles are available inside the property. There are two large free parking lots a few meters away. Small dogs are accepted, but please notify us in advance.

Cascina Ronco dei Lari - Il NIDO - Lake Maggiore

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The accommodation between the two Lakes

The accommodation is in Paruzzaro, very close to Arona (5 minutes) and therefore to the most beautiful locations of Maggiore and D’Orta Lakes. Not far away is the characteristic Lake Mergozzo. It will be an ideal point of support to visit both the Lakes and the nearby mountains. The nearby towns of Orta and Mergozzo (15 - 20 min.) offer a very characteristic and unmissable landscape. Milan-Malpensa Airport is 30 minutes away, while the motorway exit is less than 10 minutes away.

A few steps from the hospital and surrounded by amenities. Cozy, collected and complete with everything. A small but equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and coffee maker. A spacious nightlife scene with a comfortable double bed and a two-seater couch. Smart TV, and washing machine. Bathroom with shower stall, toilet and washbasin. On the second and last floor of a small building, without elevator. Practical self check-in with keybox.

Cottage in the woods with Finnish sauna

Our small house looks like a comfortable and cute 45 m2 studio with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed with a king size memory mattress, a Finnish sauna room (an extra fee is required) completely covered with lime wood and heated with the wood-burning stove (as in the real and authentic Finnish saunas), a bathroom with a shower stall, and a bucket for the waterfall of fresh water. Outside, ample green space with pool , canopy and barbecue.

Ancient farmhouse of the Seventeenth century completely restored and immersed in a lovely garden with large inner court. The furnishings are kept in the smallest details and all the finishes are of value. The house is quiet, immersed in the greenery and only 10 minutes drive from the tourist center of Arona on Lake Maggiore. It is also 5 minutes from the exit of the motorway and a 30-minute drive from Milan Malpensa Airport.
