We loved it! We spent a weekend at this house from Friday to Sunday. Everything is comfortable and clean and comfortable. There are necessary items, towels, linen, dishes, all appliances. The location itself is great and we will come back again

A nice cozy apartment with pool. The surroundings are very quiet, a car is definitely an advantage. Everything you need is there, even an outdoor grill. Fresh oranges and lemons that you can pick directly from the trees on the property & use existing kitchen appliances to make lemonade or orange juice, for example. Nando is very friendly, quick to reach and has always been helpful. Glad to come back!!!

I highly recommend this place for groups of friends or families looking for a rural getaway. Everything is spotless and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. You can see the care in every detail. Plus, the hosts are extremely attentive. A super recommended experience!

They were very friendly at all times and treated us very familiar. We coincided with the start of the village festivals and they invited us to disguise and parade with them on the horseback. we spent two magnificent days,in addition to enjoying the facilities of the house that are of excellent quality. It is a beautiful Valencian farmhouse, with the normal characteristics of a house over 100 years old (some chipped). Very spacious, with many living rooms, and many bedrooms, large recreation areas, both in front and behind the house, and the pool, although it is not large, with the heat this weekend it has been wonderful. The paella maker and the Moorish oven are fantastic. During the weekend we only cooked with wood, and since we were located next to the terrace we were all together. The house does not lack any detail. There were eleven adults and we had plenty of space, since if anyone preferred to take a nap, they could go to the front terrace or to the bedrooms or to another living room and could rest without any problem. In short, it was great, we were very comfortable

We visited this place for a weekend with my friends, the host was always quick to answer questions and help when we had an issue. As for the house itself, it is a bit more run down than it looks in the photos, but it is quite understandable looking at the age of the building. It was mentioned in the description that there were no towels and yet when we arrived there was no shortage of them, which was a positive surprise. I think the only negative surprise was that in order to get to the ping pong room, you have to enter the common area of the host and renters, and that there is a large glazing with stairs in the hallway that leads to the private part of the host. This caused a slight discomfort, but we didn't encounter a situation where the host would have entered the "our" part of the house without asking. I think it's also worth mentioning that the windows of one of the rooms overlook the field. And that you can only use a small part of the garden around the whole building.

The place that's worth it. An old estate, surrounded by nature and away from bustling areas, but only a 15-minute drive to areas with all the necessary services and half an hour from downtown Alicante. I would highlight its spacious attic space on the top floor, but above all its terrace, a spacious place prepared to enjoy the silence and a beautiful sunset. Totally recommended for groups who want to disconnect. Thank you for everything to the hosts.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well cared for and decorated. The enclave is very quiet, it is a residential area with the sea very close. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Short walk to local bars and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. There was an open fire for great atmosphere. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. There gardens and pool were maintained everyday. We would highly recommend this property.

we had a wonderful time at Cristina's. The apartment was spacious and clean. Cristina is a warm hostess who also spoiled us with nispelos and delicious oranges. The residence is 5 minutes' drive from the beautiful old town and 15 minutes from the beautiful clean beach of Gandia.

The house is very equipped, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wide house for a few days as a family Very clean. We felt right at home. Totally recommendable.

If you’re thinking of a nice quiet retreat where you can relax this is the place for you. The house is quite big and spacious and the outdoor terrace has beautiful views of the village and mountainous countryside. The pool was the highlight for us as it’s very private with fantastic lounger chairs and other facilities such as tables, chairs and a shower to cool down and wash yourself after the pool. There are many quirky things around the house which made the place feel very welcoming. Louis was also very responsive and her instructions were very helpful. Overall we came with the idea to simply relax and switch off and we couldn’t be more than happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The house itself is perfect for a family with small children. I personally missed having another bathroom upstairs. Otherwise it's great, inside it's tastefully decorated and we found everything very clean. 100% recommended 👌

The house, pool and gardens were absolutely stunning, I would definitely stay here again, it’s your own piece of paradise. Don’t use Apple Maps as it takes you somewhere near by so use Google maps as this takes you directly to the house. The supermarket was only 15 minutes away too. Wonderful house !!!!

We stayed in Miguel's little house two adults and two 5-year-old girls, we loved all four. It's as you see it in the listing and it has everything we need, nothing is missing. The girls really enjoyed the pool and garden. Miguel has been very attentive to everything we needed and was very helpful. We were very comfortable, thank you very much Miguel
