There is a small forest with native flora, and it's walk-distance from National Park and Refugio Frey trail, while just a few minutes from Cerro Catedral Ski resort. Perfect for mountain-sports lovers: rock-climbing, trekking, kayaking, etc. There is a small library. Also, a BBQ spot shared with main house.

Located 3 km from downtown Bariloche. Upstairs is the bathroom and two bedrooms, the main one with double bed and another without privacy with two single beds. On the ground floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen. Equipped with full crockery, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It has heating, 300mbps WiFi, and a smart TV with Google Chromecast. Access is via a flight of stairs, not recommended for people with limited mobility. The bus stop is 70 meters away.

Its unique location allows total tranquility with the convenience of being downtown with walking access to the shopping and dining area, public transportation, and excursions. Admire the garden with specimens of lavender, English roses, hydrangeas, camellias, and rest under the shade of a myrtle tree. Your well-being is our number one concern, so we take all measures to that end.
