Surrounded by 'green' and nature. Looking for peace and quiet and a sense of isolation in a charming, modernised house 'SERENDIPITÉ' is for you. Situated on a rural lane officially known as 'LE MARAIS DE ROUELLÉ' it is the last house in the village and the first on an ancient countryside trail, dating back to the 11th century. Standing alone on the lane with a large, semi-circular, ornate front garden a couple of strides away with a larger garden at the rear. Comfortable, cosy and welcoming.

There is a double bed with views of the Normandy countryside. Possibility of adding a single mattress. The dry toilet is a short walk away and is reserved for you. A kitchen area is located in the conservatory. No electricity but possibility to use that of the house. The bathroom is shared.
