The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen in the valley in the natural park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to ride a bike or just have time to enjoy, you're in the right place. The apartment is under the roof.
