Almost 900 sq ft of VERY Clean, Very private, brand new, full kitchen, full bath, large bedroom, can sleep up to 4, 2 TVs, plenty of closet space, close to Baylor, Scott, & White. Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, everything sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. 3 seperate spaces. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.

Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house.
