Located in a central and safe area, well connected by public transport and just a 10-minute walk from the exclusive shops of Paseo de Gracia, the Gaudir apartment will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with balcony, a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located next to the Sagrada Familia and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large 50m2 living room that can accommodate a big group or family. Free WiFi, A/C, centralized heating, satellite TV. We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the neighbors. Families with children are welcome. Our reception at the ground floor is open from 9h to 18h every day.
