Everything excellent in lodging; very beautiful place. I would recommend putting an electric motor at the entrance to the parking lot or someone who is aware of guests' arrivals and departures. I loved it from there.

The place is a paradise surrounded by nature, trees and flowers, with an incredibly quiet environment. If it's clear, you can enjoy the views of Chimborazo on one side and El Altar Volcano on the other. The estate is impeccable, perfectly maintained and organized, with a well-cut lawn. The room is huge, the largest we've stayed in, with a comfortable bed, impeccable bathroom and everything just as seen in the photos. The wooden decor gives it a cozy touch, and the underfloor heating, adjustable from the room, ensures a perfect temperature. In addition, inside the hacienda there is a chapel, a replica of the church of Balvanera, the first in the country. The neighborhood is very safe and its stone entrance gives it a castle-like feel. But what really makes the stay special is the kindness of María Alicia, her mother and the whole team, who gave us excellent recommendations to visit Guano, its ruins and its mummy. We will definitely be back :)

Very nice place, the value for money is unbeatable. The property is in a very quiet area, allowing you to rest and disconnect to enjoy the environment. The architecture of the site is very nice, it feels special and comfortable. We'll stay again when we return to Guano/Riobamba. To use this accommodation it is advisable to have a car, it is not very close to downtown Guano and it is about 15 minutes from Riobamba.

Everything was excellent to rest, however, you can hear noise from the other rooms. My stay coincided with a family and noise was heard until approximately 11 pm.

Everything was excellent! A very good place!! The only thing was the internet connection, which was intermittent at times. It is as described, as shown in the photos, Mrs. Carmen is always attentive to everything. Excellent view of the volcano. I thought it was spectacular. They helped me because the room was for 4 and the 5 of us were able to enter. I thought that was the best with solutions to accommodate us, since we came from another apartment of theirs. I would definitely come back.
