Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

We had a great stay. Super close to downtown Lava Hot Springs. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer. Plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. We would stay again!

Wonderful place for a family reunion! Its of the beaten path but is nor far away from all the activities in Lava. Her place held my family of 7 very comfortably. When I had questions she responded quickly.

Nica is an amazing Super Host! She was friendly, polite, very responsive. It made me feel like her home with my home, too. If you're looking for a great little spot to hang your hat for a couple days check out her place! :-)

Yvette was incredible and arranged for early check in for our family. She was responsive and answered all my questions. I strongly recommend!!

We felt right at home! My family was comfortable sitting on the couch and watching tv. Our son was able to play on the carpet while my husband and I cooked. One recommendation would be to change the shower dispenser as it was difficult to access. All in all a wonderful place to stay and recommend highly!

Great space to spend a few week! We moved to town and needed a place to stay while we waited to close on our new house and this little apartment was idea for us. It felt little a NY loft with everything anyone would need (a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and sitting room area.

Place was very clean felt like home. Rooms where very clean has list of cooking utensils witch are useful place was nice and cold for the hot weather. Very nice can’t wait to be back!
